We were in this area again in late October. Most of the area still is piled up like it was in this picture. The destruction was so overwhelming, the clean up crews can not keep up.

Notice the trailer behind all the piles of debris. People are putting campers in their drive ways but have began getting what is being called the "Katrina cough" .. the stench from all the garbage that hasn't been able to be cleaned up is beginnning to make them sick.
